Whitney Reiten

Whitney a natural leader and trailblazer earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Family Studies from Arizona State University as well as a Master's degree in Education. She has enjoyed a ten year career as an educator, believing that all children are capable of learning and that social skills training is as valuable as core academics.

 

 

Dancing Horse Ranch was founded in 2006 by Whitney Reiten.  She incorporates these values into client sessions and workshops. She is certified in Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) through EAGALA's founder Greg Kersten with the O.K. Corral Series and has studied with Linda Kohanov at Epona Equestrian Services.

 

 

Whitney has had a love of horses since her childhood and rekindled that spirit in 2000 when she began riding again as an adult. In 2004, she purchased her first horse, Roxy. Now Dancing Horse Ranch is home to several rescue horses, dogs, chickens and sheep, all which facilitate learning and healing for their clients.  Whitney has discovered innovative ways of helping people experience healing and a deeper connection.

 

 

Whitney is a pioneer at heart always looking for ways to empower and impart.  Whitney is married with one child.
